Nelmaaaaaa you are the best. I nearly fell out of my seat in joy when you sent me this picture. I'm still amazed by how you got his costume absolutely spot-on! (Heck, I still have trouble with it sometimes, even.) Creepy can be good! I actually really like his crooked little smile here. The LAW can be a little sinister sometimes. And to be frank, in regards to your comment, Lawman is pretty much an embodiment of Justice -- how could fanart of him (especially your fanart) not do the comic justice? 
I don't think I'll ever again be able draw Lawman and his rope without thinking of this pic -- and that's a good thing.
